David Strum, CPA since 1993, has worked for over 30 years in the field of tax and accounting. Beginning
his career at Price Waterhouse LLP in 1991, then Price WaterhouseCoopers LLP until 2001, David
advanced from Staff to Senior Accountant, then Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. From
2001 to 2017, David worked at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in financial roles with increasing
levels of responsibility from Financial Reporting Lead, then Financial Planning Manager, with the last ten
years as Financial Controller of businesses as large as 700 employees with annual revenues of $200-250
M USD.
Since 2017, David has provided tax and accounting services to small corporations, partnerships and
individuals. In addition to his tax and accounting services business, David is currently the Treasurer of
Koinonia of Columbia, Inc. and Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of South Carolina. David and his wife
Kelly have two children; Malachi (13) and Kamryn (10), and reside in Richland County, South Carolina.
